Training

Introducing the ChatGPT/AI Training Process for AiX:

With this exceptional capability, AiX, our intelligent chatbot, can undergo rigorous training using the content from your website or PDF documents. Once the training process is successfully completed, AiX becomes proficient in answering queries related to your content.

To commence chatbot training, navigate to  AIX > Settings > Artificial Intelligence > Open AI – Training Sources and input the URL of your content. You have the flexibility to enter URLs for websites, text or PDF files, as well as XML sitemaps. Additionally, PDF and text files can be directly uploaded from Settings > Artificial Intelligence > OpenAI – Training Sources – PDF and Text Files.

Upon configuring the sources, simply click the “Train your chatbot” button from AIX > Settings > Artificial Intelligence > Open AI > Chatbot-training > Train your chatbot and await the seamless progression of the training process.

Key Information:

– File uploads are supported exclusively in PDF and TXT formats.
– For extensive websites, we recommend using an XML sitemap from services like https://www.xml-sitemaps.com, enhancing efficiency and mitigating errors.
– Tailoring chatbot training to specific pages is achievable through XML sitemaps. Craft one with tools like https://www.xml-sitemaps.com, omit undesired pages, and upload the sitemap to your server or an external online location. Subsequently, include the sitemap URL in AIX > Settings > Artificial Intelligence > OpenAI – Training sources.
– For efficient handling of large files and XML sitemaps, services like https://tmpfiles.org can be utilized.
– Multi-language websites can benefit from focused training by activating the feature at AIX > Settings > Artificial Intelligence > OpenAI > Multilingual Training Sources. Ensure your webpage’s <html> attribute lang reflects the user’s language.
– Training completion prompts the removal of uploaded files. Whenever you’re ready to retrain the chatbot, you’ll need to go ahead and upload all the essential documents for its training once more.

Adding new training sources is a breeze – just start another chatbot training session. Your existing sources stay intact, and the new ones seamlessly join the mix.

Here are some important points to remember:
– Your AiX articles automatically serve as training sources.
– There are character limits for chatbot training. Check the quotas for specifics.
– The ADA embedding model is a must for chatbot training and handling user messages. You can’t turn it off, and it’s a budget-friendly option. Pricing details can be found at https://openai.com/pricing, including Ada model pricing in the Embedding models section.
– The responses from OpenAI might include links to the relevant website pages where the answers were found.
– If you want to start fresh with your training data, you can use the “Delete training” function for a complete reset.
