AiX is a robust tool, offering a wide array of features. However, harnessing its full potential might be daunting during the initial setup phase. To simplify this process, we have compiled a list of essential features that we recommend configuring. By implementing these features, you’ll gain access to the core functionalities that bring the most value.
To begin, enable email notifications by accessing
Settings > Notifications. Ensure that you activate the following options:
Agent email notifications, Sound alerts for
admin > Incoming conversations and messages, and
Push notifications, which should already be active.
Next, set up the SMTP server in the
Settings > Notifications > SMTP section. Afterward, evaluate the email functionality by sending a test email from
Settings > Notifications > Test agent email.
Settings > Messages to establish both the follow-up and offline messages.
