When sending a message to a group, the message will be delivered to each user in the group, based on their chosen notification preferences and platform connections.

Yes, you can send a message to all users by entering “All” in the User IDs field.

Yes, you can send messages to specific groups by entering their IDs in the User IDs field. For sending to a single user, just select their ID.

To enable direct text messages in Chat.RPAiX, you need to activate SMS in Settings > Notifications > Text message notifications.

• Direct emails include an automatically added email header and signature (Settings > Notifications).
• HTML language is supported in emails.
• The email subject can include merge fields.

• The chat message is sent to the active conversation, if any, otherwise to a new conversation.
• Users with email notifications active will be notified via email (Settings > User email notifications).
• Users with active text message notifications will receive notifications via SMS (Settings > Text message notifications > Active for users).
• Users will also receive push notifications if push notifications are enabled (Settings > Push notifications).
• Messaging apps like WhatsApp and Messenger will also receive the message if the user is connected to them.

All message types in Chat.RPAiX support direct messages, including chat messages, emails, and text messages.

To send a direct message:

• Go to the Users area of Chat.RPAiX and click the direct message icon.
• Alternatively, you can find direct message buttons in the user’s profile box.
• You can send a message to all users by entering “All” in the User IDs field.
• To message a specific group of users, enter their IDs in the User IDs field, which can be filled automatically by checking the users and clicking the direct message icon.

Direct messages allow you to send a single chat message, email, or text message to either a single user or a group of users. This feature enables targeted communication with users.
