Zendesk

Chat.RPAiX links Zendesk users to Chat.RPAiX users via email or phone number. This linkage ensures seamless communication and data consistency.

Tickets converted by Chat.RPAiX are automatically synchronized when new messages are exchanged in Chat.RPAiX. They are linked to existing Zendesk users or create new users as needed.

To install Zendesk integration, follow these steps:

• Get your Zendesk admin area domain (e.g., https://domain.zendesk.com/).
• Obtain the API key from Left menu > Admin > Channels > API > Settings > Add API token.
• Use your Zendesk account email as the email for integration.
