No, the following RPAiX Support Chat rich messages are not supported: images slider, slider, and card.

Depending on the media type, you can send a maximum of 3 or 4 attachments.

You can send up to 5 messages in response to a received Twitter message within a 24-hour window. No messages can be sent after 24 hours of receiving the Twitter message.

If you receive duplicate messages, it might be due to using the same Twitter account for testing as the one you synced. Try sending a message from a different Twitter account.

To install Twitter integration, follow these steps:

• Register at https://developer.twitter.com and verify your phone at https://twitter.com/settings/phone.
• Create your app and copy API Key (Consumer key) and API Key Secret (Consumer secret) to Chat.RPAiX settings.
• Request Elevated access for Account Activity API by filling out the form as specified.
• Wait for Twitter to review and approve Elevated access.
• Set up dev environment and user authentication settings.
• Generate Access Token and Secret and paste them into Chat.RPAiX settings.
• Enter your Twitter profile username in Chat.RPAiX settings.
• Save settings and subscribe to start receiving messages.
