To use the integration publicly, you’ll need to update your Twilio account and enable billing. You’ll also need to purchase a Twilio number, which serves as your official WhatsApp Business account.
Access Messaging > Try it out > Send a WhatsApp message. Follow the instructions to send a message with the code to the WhatsApp number provided. See WhatsApp Twillio Account Setup.
In the Twilio console, access Messaging > Settings > WhatsApp sandbox settings. Enter your Chat.RPAiX URL under WHEN A MESSAGE COMES IN and STATUS CALLBACK URL. See WhatsApp Twill Settings.
After creating your Twilio account, access the Twilio console and copy the ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN. Paste them into Chat.RPAiX > Settings > WhatsApp > Twilio settings.
