• WeChat files and location attachments are not supported by Chat.RPAiX.
• Links are converted to texts in WeChat messages.
• Chat.RPAiX rich messages are adapted to WeChat rich messages where possible, or they may be removed.
• Conversations and messages are compatible with routing and queue, while Dialogflow is supported for enhanced functionality.

If you encounter this error, you need to whitelist your server IP address in Official Account > Settings and Development > Basic Configuration > IP whitelist.

All messages sent to your WeChat account will appear in the conversation admin area of Chat.RPAiX, ensuring seamless communication.

To install WeChat integration, follow these steps:

• Register a Service account at https://mp.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/readtemplate?t=register/step1_tmpl&lang=en_US.
• Complete the WeChat verification process in the Official accounts area (takes a few weeks and costs USD 99 or CNY 300 for Chinese entities).
• Copy Developer ID (App ID) and Developer Password (App Secret) from Settings and development > Basic configuration and paste them into Chat.RPAiX > Settings > WeChat.
• Complete the server configuration in Settings and development > Basic configuration using the URL and Token provided in Chat.RPAiX settings.
