To display additional columns in the user table, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Admin > Users table additional columns.
2. Add the new columns you want to display.
3. The value of each column should be the slug of the user detail or extra user detail you wish to show.
   • The slug is lowercase and spaces are replaced by the char ‘-‘.
   • For instance, the slug for the extra user detail “Date of birth” is “date-of-birth”.

Visitors, who are users that have not started any conversations, are automatically deleted every 24 hours as part of the system’s maintenance process.

When a user is deleted, all of their conversations and messages are permanently removed from the system. If a deleted user revisits the website, a new user profile is automatically created for them.

To delete a user, follow these steps:

1. Open the User edit box for the user you want to delete.
2. Click on “Delete user.” To delete multiple users simultaneously, select the desired users from the Users table and then click the delete icon in the top right corner. Note: Deleting a user will also permanently delete all of their conversations and messages.
