Configuring these features isn’t mandatory, but it is highly recommended to ensure you’re getting the most value from Chat.RPAiX. Customizing notifications, email functionality, messages, and optimizing the chatbot can significantly enhance your user experience.

After configuring the SMTP server, you can evaluate the email functionality by sending a test email from the Test agent email section within Settings > Notifications. This ensures that email notifications are functioning as expected.

Setting up the SMTP server in Chat.RPAiX allows the platform to send outgoing emails effectively. This is important for notifications and various communication-related tasks.

To enable email notifications in Chat.RPAiX, follow these steps:

1. Access Settings > Notifications.
2. Activate the necessary options, including Agent email notifications, Sound alerts for admin > Incoming conversations and messages, and ensure Push notifications are already active.

We recommend configuring the following essential features to ensure you’re making the most of Chat.RPAiX:

• Enable email notifications in Settings > Notifications.
• Activate options such as Agent email notifications, Sound alerts for admin > Incoming conversations and messages, and Push notifications (which might already be active).
• Set up the SMTP server in Settings > Notifications > SMTP.
• Test the email functionality by sending a test email from Settings > Notifications > Test agent email.
• Establish both follow-up and offline messages in Settings > Messages.
• If using the chatbot, optimize its configuration for better performance.
